Job Summary
Leading residential solar inspection operations remotely, the full-time Inspection Manager will oversee inspection scheduling, quality control, and team performance to ensure efficient project transitions from installation to final approval.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily inspection operations and ensure projects are inspection-ready prior to AHJ and utility inspections
- Manage, coach, and develop inspection schedulers and technicians while establishing performance expectations
- Monitor inspection pass rates and implement quality control standards to improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Previous residential solar inspection experience required
- Previous leadership or management experience required
- Strong understanding of residential solar construction, permitting, and project workflows
- Experience working with AHJs, inspectors, and utility providers
- Experience with CRMs, scheduling platforms, and operational software
