Residential Solar Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support the rapid growth of the Residential Solar business, the full-time Residential Solar Operations Specialist will manage customer billing, provide support through various communication channels, and facilitate operational issues while collaborating with internal teams and partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work within proprietary technology platforms for document and contract management, ensuring smooth operations with sales and installation partners
• Collaborate with shared service groups to sustain business operations and achieve strategic objectives
• Address and resolve escalated customer inquiries in partnership with internal customer service teams

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of previous customer service experience
• College degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, or a related field is preferred
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to learn new technology platforms and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
