Residential Solar Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Focused on scaling the Residential Solar business efficiently, the full-time Residential Solar Operations Specialist will manage customer billing, provide support through various communication channels, analyze data, and facilitate operational issues while collaborating with internal teams and external partners remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Work within proprietary technology platforms for document and contract management, ensuring smooth business operations
• Partner with shared service groups to sustain operations and meet strategic business objectives
• Support internal customer service teams by addressing and resolving escalated customer inquiries

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of previous customer service experience
• College degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, or a related field is a plus
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to learn new technology platforms and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
