Residential Solar Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing Residential Solar business, the full-time Remote Residential Solar Operations Specialist will manage customer billing, provide support through various communication channels, and facilitate operational issues while collaborating with internal teams and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Work within proprietary technology platforms for document and contract management, ensuring smooth business operations
• Partner with shared service groups to sustain operations and achieve strategic business objectives
• Respond to escalated customer inquiries and support internal customer service teams in resolving issues

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous customer service experience
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to learn new technology platforms and adapt to changing environments
• Exceptional organizational and document management skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
