Residential Solar QA Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Residential Solar QA Specialist will evaluate solar systems for quality assurance, guide external partners through the milestone process, and develop training sessions to enhance compliance with program requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate solar systems submitted for milestone review and ensure compliance with program requirements
• Become an expert user of the IGS Solar 360 platform and provide support to external business partners
• Craft instructional communications and deliver training sessions to educate partners on milestone processes

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of work experience, with energy or solar experience preferred
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with solar shading tools such as Aurora and Eagle View is a plus
• Ability to learn new technology platforms and adapt in a dynamic environment
