Residential Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Support Representative 1 for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through product inquiries
• Communicate customer feedback and known issues to internal teams for resolution

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
• Ability to type 55 wpm, corrected speed
• 1+ years of experience handling high-volume inquiries
• Familiarity with PC-based software applications and smart device applications preferred
