Job Summary

Reviewing asset reports and market trends, the full-time Residential Valuation Specialist will analyze various valuation tasks and provide clear value summaries for clients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review broker price opinion reports, agent data, and appraisal reports
• Research markets using online tools to reconcile values for different valuation tasks
• Create reports and provide high-quality value summaries for clients in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or two-year college degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate appraising or sales
• Ability to gather, research, and analyze complex data effectively
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
