Resilience Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resilience Specialist for the NE Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as contract lead for resilience-related projects, including the GI Effectiveness Database
• Lead the development and delivery of training and outreach products focused on nature-based solutions and community adaptation
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to communities and partners on resilience and adaptation planning projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in environmental science, natural resource management, climate adaptation, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in resilience planning, conservation, or climate adaptation program support
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Strong understanding of nature-based solutions and community resilience strategies
• Proven ability to design and deliver training and outreach programs, both virtually and in person
