Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resolution Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, research, and respond to written communications from various parties
Communicate with stakeholders regarding remediation plans and system issues
Support all business areas with product/policy maintenance and develop remediation plans

Required Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in handling escalations and complex service issues
Proficient in navigating administrative systems related to retirement products
Strong technical aptitude and desire to coach and mentor others
Ability to research and utilize available knowledge resources effectively
Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to the job
