Job Summary
A company is looking for a Resolution Specialist responsible for managing borrower complaints and providing support for complaint resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and research borrower complaints across various channels
- Provide second-level support for team members on escalated issues and supervisor calls
- Communicate findings and resolutions directly to borrowers and respond to public review boards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2 years of customer experience or complaint management experience required
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates preferred
- Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
