Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resolution Specialist responsible for managing borrower complaints and providing support for complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, track, and research borrower complaints across various channels
  • Provide second-level support for team members on escalated issues and supervisor calls
  • Communicate findings and resolutions directly to borrowers and respond to public review boards
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2 years of customer experience or complaint management experience required
  • Financial industry experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates preferred
  • Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
