Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resolution Specialist responsible for monitoring and resolving borrower complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track complaints across various channels, ensuring timely resolution
  • Provide 2nd level support for supervisor calls and escalate issues as necessary
  • Research borrower accounts and communicate findings directly to borrowers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2 years of Customer Experience or Complaint management experience required
  • Financial industry experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
