Job Summary
A company is looking for a Resolution Specialist responsible for monitoring and resolving borrower complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track complaints across various channels, ensuring timely resolution
- Provide 2nd level support for supervisor calls and escalate issues as necessary
- Research borrower accounts and communicate findings directly to borrowers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2 years of Customer Experience or Complaint management experience required
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
