Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resolution Specialist responsible for managing borrower complaints and providing support for complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track complaints across various channels and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide 2nd level support for team members on escalated complaints and supervisor calls
  • Research borrower accounts and communicate findings directly to borrowers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 years of customer experience or complaint management experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Preferred experience in the financial industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
