Job Summary
A company is looking for a Resolution Specialist responsible for managing borrower complaints and providing support for complaint resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track complaints across various channels and ensure timely resolution
- Provide 2nd level support for team members on escalated complaints and supervisor calls
- Research borrower accounts and communicate findings directly to borrowers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years of customer experience or complaint management experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Preferred experience in the financial industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
