Resource Analyst

Job Summary

To support resource planning initiatives, the contract Resource Analyst will operate and manage the organization's resource forecasting and allocation processes remotely, utilizing ServiceNow to analyze data and produce capacity planning reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the organization's resource planning process, including enterprise-wide capacity management
• Analyze capacity and demand across the technology portfolio, identifying bottlenecks, conflicts, and staffing gaps
• Extract and analyze ServiceNow data, run custom Python models, and produce capacity planning reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance/Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT PMO, resource management, portfolio management, workforce planning, or project/program management
• 3+ years working with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management or comparable PPM/SPM platforms
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SPM capabilities including Resource, Demand, Portfolio, and Capacity Planning
• Experience with custom Python models for data analysis
