Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resource Coordinator to support diverse member needs in caregiving.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an interdisciplinary caseload for pediatric, adult, and education members
• Process and fulfill requests for high-quality resources and conduct phone interviews to gather information
• Conduct web research and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Undergraduate education or health professional certification is desired
• 5 years of experience in case management, social services, or the medical/healthcare field
• Adept at using computer systems and communication applications
• Bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred
