• Collaborate with Resource Deployment Managers to understand project requirements and resource availability
• Analyze and assign suitable resources to project requirements based on skills and availability
• Ensure clear communication by notifying stakeholders of project assignments and maintaining accurate records

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in resource management, project management, or related field
• Proficiency in resource management tools and software like NetSuite OpenAir, MS Office Suite, and Smartsheet
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Consulting experience and relevant certifications are valued
• Desire to contribute to a team focused on exceeding customer expectations
