Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resource Management Business Planning, Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops resource plans in collaboration with project managers and department heads to align with project timelines and budgets
• Monitors and tracks resource utilization, providing insights and reports to stakeholders
• Facilitates discussions to resolve conflicts related to resource allocation and supports risk management efforts

Required Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in resource management and/or business planning
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Organizational Leadership, or a related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in strategic resource allocation and data-driven analysis
• Experience in operational planning and budget alignment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
