Resource Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Resource Director to establish and lead a centralized resourcing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the centralized resourcing function, managing a team of Resource Managers, Sourcers, and Coordinators
• Develop and oversee long-range resourcing forecasts in partnership with various departments
• Implement and maintain a centralized resourcing system for real-time visibility into staffing and workloads

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of dedicated resourcing/workforce management experience
• 10-15 years of overall professional experience in operations, project management, or related fields
• Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams preferred
• Prior experience in resource management systems and cross-departmental planning
• Strong proficiency in resource management tools and capacity planning
