Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resource Management Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staffing for dedicated practices by providing qualified candidates for project needs and aligning resources with business strategies
• Advise on creative staffing solutions and promote offshore integration efforts with Service Delivery teams
• Analyze deployment data to identify future demand surges and supply shortages, partnering with Talent Acquisition Managers for solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of resource management experience in a professional services firm
• 7+ years of work experience, preferably in consulting or advisory services
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Products; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with PowerBI is ideal
