Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resource Management Specialist- CC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzes and communicates staffing adjustments to achieve service level goals
  • Monitors telephony and server systems within the call center
  • Forecasts real-time requirements and manages call routing and emergency plans
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a relevant business field or 2 years related call center experience
  • Experience in planning and supporting a real-time management system is preferred
  • Proven effectiveness in a customer service role
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions for reporting purposes
