Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Resource Manager to lead and execute staffing operations for their Workday Americas business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage resource scheduling and project staffing, ensuring alignment of people to projects in real-time
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to align demand with capacity and address skill gaps
• Generate reports on utilization and forecast accuracy to support leadership decisions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in resource or staffing management within a consulting or professional services environment
• Proficiency with Excel and experience with PSA tools, preferably Workday PSA
• Strong familiarity with utilization targets and how staffing impacts business performance
• Experience managing multiple staffing priorities across regions and timelines
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and high level of ownership
