Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with an understanding of technical delivery roles and project staffing
• 5+ years of experience in resource management within technical or professional services
• Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong business acumen and experience in forecasting staffing demand
• Proven success in managing talent resources and translating data into actionable plans
