Resource Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resource Manager, Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and allocate resources to various projects based on skill sets and project requirements
• Develop and maintain resource plans to ensure efficient utilization and timely project delivery
• Generate and analyze resource utilization reports to identify trends and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in resource management within a professional services environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools such as Certinia or Salesforce
• Ability to work with and influence stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management and resource management methodologies and tools is preferred
