• Maintain a centralized view of consultant availability, capacity, and project assignments
• Plan and allocate internal consultants and third-party resources based on project needs
• Monitor the sales pipeline to anticipate staffing needs and align resource assignments

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management or professional services operations
• Experience in a professional services organization, preferably in cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of resource planning, utilization, and capacity management
• Experience working with subcontractors or third-party resources
• Experience with Professional Services Automation tools and Salesforce
