Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in resource management, operations, or project management in a creative or marketing environment
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows and performance marketing
• Experience with capacity planning and utilization tracking
• Proven experience managing freelancers
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
