Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resource Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support algorithm development to model future resource demand for clinical development roles
• Enhance resource algorithms for forecasting and create innovative dashboards and KPIs
• Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for portfolio resource demand reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, operations, business, or an MBA/advanced degree preferred
• Significant experience in forecasting, modeling, and analytics within a Clinical Development setting
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools, with advanced Excel and data visualization skills
• 10+ years of experience in clinical development/research operations
• Fundamental understanding of the drug development lifecycle
