Job Summary

To support a dynamic Resource Management team, the remote Resource Manager will analyze key priorities, assess resourcing operations performance, and provide critical insights to leadership, influencing resource deployment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and understand key priorities to drive strategic initiatives within resource management
• Assess resourcing and deployment operations performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Leverage analytical skills to build reports and enhance productivity using AI tools

Required qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in resource management or a related field within a Big 4 or large accounting firm
• Direct experience in Tax and/or Assurance resourcing and deployment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and XLOOKUPs
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance reporting workflows
• Ability to effectively manage client service accounts and advise leadership on strategy
