Job Summary

To optimize consultant deployment for complex projects, the contract Resource Manager will work remotely, focusing on matching elite Databricks talent with project requirements while ensuring high utilization rates and maintaining data integrity across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze Databricks job roles and propose qualified consultants based on their technical competencies and availability
• Act as the primary point of contact for Databricks counterparts and internal technical teams to facilitate initiatives
• Monitor and maintain peak utilization rates across the practice to ensure operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Resource Management or Business Operations
• Proficient in Salesforce and/or specialized Resource Management tools
• Familiarity with the Databricks ecosystem or similar data engineering platforms
• Ability to work across Eastern and Pacific time zones
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills for executive presentations
