Job Summary

To support maintenance and service activities for customers, the full-time remote Hub Resource Manager will plan and execute resource logistics, interface with customer service managers, and coordinate cross-functional data consolidation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute resource strategies to meet customer and business metrics
• Interface with customer service managers for issue escalation and resolution
• Coordinate data collection and support tracking communications and customer reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other database programs
