Resource Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic Resource Management team, the remote Resource Manager will analyze key priorities, assess resourcing performance, and provide insights to leadership, requiring candidates to reside within the continental United States.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and understand key priorities to influence resource deployment strategies
• Assess and report on resourcing and deployment operations performance
• Provide critical insights and support to leadership on strategy and operations

Required qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in resource management or related fields within a Big 4 or large accounting firm
• Direct experience in Tax and/or Assurance resourcing and deployment
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and XLOOKUPs
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and reporting workflows
• High school diploma; further education in relevant fields is preferred
