Job Summary

Managing resource allocation and staffing for multiple projects, the full-time Remote Resources Manager will forecast team capacity, coordinate project staffing, and oversee talent acquisition while ensuring operational efficiency and a positive experience for employees and freelancers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate resource forecasting and manage daily resourcing schedules across teams
• Allocate resources based on project requirements and coordinate intake and prioritization of requests
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for employees and freelancers while building and managing a high-quality freelance network

Required qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in resource management or project coordination within a creative environment
• Experience with resource forecasting and utilization reporting
• Proficiency in project management tools and strong skills in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
