Resource Manager

Job Summary

To support program requirements, the full-time remote Resource Manager will ensure efficient sourcing, onboarding, and deployment of personnel while collaborating with the PMO and customer for financial forecasting and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and improve processes for sourcing, onboarding, and deploying program personnel
• Collaborate with the PMO and customer to forecast resource needs and address gaps
• Support financial forecasting and prepare periodic program status and management review deliverables

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a resource manager, program control analyst, or similar role
• Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Experience supporting federal government contracts
• Understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
