Job Summary

To manage the day-to-day operations of the Databricks partnership, the remote Resource Manager will serve as the primary relationship lead, ensuring certifications are tracked, scorecard health is monitored, and all partner program criteria are meticulously documented.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated relationship lead for Databricks partner managers, engaging in daily operations
• Oversee engineer technical certifications for the Databricks Delivery Partner Program, identifying renewals and competency gaps
• Analyze and report on DPP scorecard health and program performance metrics to mitigate partnership risks

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in resourcing, operational, or partnership-focused roles
• Natural sales instinct with the ability to represent the company effectively to external partners
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing partner scorecards and deadlines
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and tracking platforms for status reporting
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to partner relationship management
