Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst 3, Resource Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, prioritizing, planning, and executing improvement plans for cost savings
• Research and analyze data to evaluate and implement operational improvement methods
• Lead projects to improve processes and prepare recommendations and reports for process improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• In-depth experience and knowledge in the discipline
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
