Job Summary
Owning the demand-capacity forecast for a portfolio of over 800 renewable energy projects, the full-time remote Resource Planning Manager will develop resourcing plans, coordinate scheduling conflicts, and present forecasts to executive leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the rolling demand-capacity forecast and maintain the standard work breakdown structure (WBS) across projects
- Translate utilization metrics into hiring indicators and facilitate weekly resourcing meetings to resolve staffing conflicts
- Present demand-capacity forecasts to leadership, ensuring clarity and transparency while addressing underlying assumptions
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in professional services operations, resource planning, or project operations, preferably in architecture or engineering
- Proven ownership of a demand-capacity or resource forecast influencing staffing decisions
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and experience with data modeling
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and present complex forecasts
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
