Resource Specialist

Job Summary

As the primary contact for independent marketplace contractors, the full-time Resource Specialist will provide real-time support, analyze performance metrics, and ensure adherence to client workflows while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real-time chat support and host one-on-one sessions with contractors to enhance performance
• Review performance data and communicate recommendations to the Operations Manager to meet client goals
• Maintain up-to-date client resources and communicate changes from clients to contractors

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly strong Excel skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Experience providing constructive feedback to agents
• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
