Job Summary

Providing real-time support to independent contractors, the fully remote Resource Specialist will assist with performance improvement, analyze client metrics, and ensure adherence to workflows and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver real-time chat support to contractors during service delivery
• Host one-on-one and group sessions to enhance contractor performance and knowledge
• Review performance data and recommend actions to meet client goals

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with strong Excel skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Experience providing constructive feedback to agents
• Strong decision-making skills
