Job Summary
Providing real-time support to independent marketplace contractors, the fully remote Resource Specialist will assist with performance analysis, ensure adherence to client workflows, and facilitate communication between contractors and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Offer real-time chat support and host one-on-one sessions with contractors to enhance their performance
- Review performance metrics and provide recommendations to meet client goals
- Maintain up-to-date client resources and communicate client changes to contractors
Required qualifications
