Respiratory Resupply Manager

Job Summary

Respiratory Resupply Manager oversees patient re-supply orders in a full-time, hybrid role, ensuring timely submission of purchase orders and providing training and support to staff while adhering to policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient admissions and re-supply orders, including problem escalation and denials management
• Provide training and feedback to staff on processes, compliance, and performance
• Maintain documentation and communicate changes in payor guidelines effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related experience
• Previous experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is required
• Knowledge of patient admissions and re-supply processes is necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Brightree is required
• Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call manager rotation up to 3 months a year
