Respiratory Services Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting clinical teams in a fully remote capacity, the Respiratory Services Assistant will manage daily tasks, communicate with patients and referral sources, and assist with documentation and patient requests.

Key responsibilities

• Complete compliance tasks, including contacting patients and scheduling appointments
• Educate patients on the use and maintenance of their PAP machines and supplies
• Communicate with clinicians to identify and resolve patient care issues

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Six months' experience in the medical, insurance, healthcare, or DME field preferred
