A company is looking for an AI Research Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead research to evaluate and enhance the safety, trustworthiness, and alignment of AI systems
• Develop and validate scalable evaluation frameworks aligned with standards like NIST AI RMF
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Responsible AI practices into the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in centralized Data & AI teams with a focus on AI governance and compliance
• Expertise in machine learning, AI alignment, or Responsible AI research
• Experience in developing evaluation frameworks for AI systems
• Strong background in behavioral science or computational linguistics
• Proven track record of publishing research in AI safety, ethics, or alignment
