Responsible Procurement Lead

Job Summary

Leading the Americas Responsible Procurement program, the full-time remote Responsible Procurement Lead will develop and execute strategies to standardize responsible procurement practices, enhance supplier engagement, and ensure compliance with ESG legislation while driving environmental and social performance across various categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for responsible procurement across the Americas, focusing on environmental and social workstreams
• Upskill sourcing and procurement colleagues and suppliers to align with the Global Responsible Procurement Strategy
• Influence responsible procurement impact and performance by integrating standards into the supplier lifecycle and maintaining supplier relationships

Required qualifications

• Proven track record in procurement or relevant business experience, particularly with suppliers in the Americas
• Broad knowledge of responsible procurement topics, including carbon emissions and human rights
• Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a multinational organization
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including strategic thinking and relationship building
• Familiarity with carbon accounting and reduction strategies in a supply chain context
