Restaurant Operations Associate
Job Summary
To enhance the experience for Enterprise merchants, the full-time, remote Restaurant Operations Associate will identify and resolve operational issues, manage workflows in Salesforce, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and resolve operational issues throughout the merchant lifecycle, including post-sale contract changes
- Collaborate with internal business partners to support best-in-class performance for merchants
- Document and train internal teams on new processes while leveraging AI tools to streamline operations
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a project management or operations role
- BA/BS degree in business or a related field
- Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce and Data Loader
- Strong project management and operational management skills
- Data-driven with strong Excel and data analysis skills
