Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Draftspersons and Assistant Project Managers
Manage and coordinate multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Review and ensure compliance with state and local building codes

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
5-10 years of experience in retail/restaurant design
Minimum 2 years as an Assistant PM or Job Captain in an architectural firm
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (3D design skills required)
Experience drafting retail or commercial construction documents
