Restaurant Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing restaurant division, the full-time Retention Restaurant Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, manage inbound inquiries, and educate clients on Yelp's SaaS products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely inbound customer support via phone and email
• Consult and educate customers to resolve their business needs and retain their business
• Become an expert in the Yelp Restaurant SaaS product suite and adapt recommendations to suit client needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Availability to work weekends and holidays between 6AM-8PM PST
• Experience in SaaS, sales, client retention, support, or customer success is preferred
