Restaurant Technology Consultant

Job Summary

To support the restaurant industry, the part-time hourly Restaurant Technology Consultant will engage with restaurant owners to address operational challenges, connect them with vetted technology solutions, and build strong relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with restaurant operators to identify and address business and technology-related questions
• Connect restaurant operators to vetted third-party vendor solutions, advocating for the best options at preferred pricing
• Proactively build relationships with the sales organization, positioning as a trusted resource for clients

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry with relevant consulting or technology vendor experience
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and growth from an owner or general manager perspective
• Experience in customer relationship building and management
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• 4-year college degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
