Restoration Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Restoration Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

• Create written estimates using carrier-preferred estimating software
• Communicate with Project Managers and upload necessary inspection documents
• Negotiate project estimates through to approval and manage the transfer to Project Managers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
• Six months to one year of related industry experience or equivalent education
• Experience with estimating software like Verisk and CoreLogic
• Basic math skills equivalent to a GED level
• Ability to occasionally climb roofs and enter confined spaces
