A company that provides a consultative resume writing service is filling a position for a Resume Writing Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assessing strategic solutions, and providing advice through personalized phone consultations
- Listening to client career goals and professional situations
- Facilitating mock interviews via phone or video conferencing
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Consultative communication skills: active listener with a focus on customer service and ability to anticipate clients' needs
- Minimum 1+ years of Recruiting or Sourcing experience from a Recruiting Agency or In-house
- Proficient with MS Word and Linkedin.com and/or other professional profiles
- Minimum 1+ years performing interviews, and qualifying resumes for a defined industry
- Detail oriented with spelling/grammatical errors and proficient with content writing
