Job Summary

Resupply Customer Service Representative, a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the respiratory and enteral nutrition industry, processing orders, verifying insurance, and assisting patients with their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sales orders for resupply needs
  • Verify insurance and manage patient prescriptions, including prior authorizations
  • Communicate with patients and providers through various channels
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or some college preferred
  • Work experience in a Respiratory Home Durable Medical Equipment company
  • Strong PC skills, particularly with the MS Office suite
