Job Summary
Resupply Customer Service Representative, a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the respiratory and enteral nutrition industry, processing orders, verifying insurance, and assisting patients with their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sales orders for resupply needs
- Verify insurance and manage patient prescriptions, including prior authorizations
- Communicate with patients and providers through various channels
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or some college preferred
- Work experience in a Respiratory Home Durable Medical Equipment company
- Strong PC skills, particularly with the MS Office suite
