Resupply Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in the respiratory and enteral nutrition industry, the full-time Resupply Representative will process inbound orders, verify insurance, and manage patient prescriptions while working in a hybrid environment in King of Prussia, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sales orders for resupply needs
• Verify insurance and update patient files with demographics and benefit information
• Communicate with patients and providers through various channels including phone, email, and web portals

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or some college preferred
• Work experience in a Respiratory Home Durable Medical Equipment company
• Strong PC skills, particularly in the MS Office suite
