Resupply Representative

Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer service in the respiratory and enteral nutrition industry, the full-time Resupply Representative will manage inbound orders, verify insurance, and communicate with patients and providers, working in a hybrid environment of two days onsite and three days remote each week.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sales orders for resupply needs, including oxygen and enteral nutrition
• Verify insurance and update patient files, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete
• Communicate effectively with patients and providers through various channels, including phone, email, and web portals

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or some college preferred
• Work experience in a Respiratory Home Durable Medical Equipment company
• Strong PC skills, particularly in the MS Office suite
• Proficiency in insurance data collection, verification, and authorization
• Familiarity with software applications related to patient resupply fulfillment, such as Brightree and Document EMR Management
